CASLE Pesticide Presentation

This is CASLE's Presentation to a P3 school operator whose subcontractor sprayed a school ground for weeds in 2001. (P3 schools are owned and maintained by private companies but are rented to the local school board.) Halifax has a city-wide bylaw that prevents use of cosmetic pesticide treatments, but P3 schools had a loophole.
